Print the form and follow the directions at the bottom of the page. Return the appropriate form and required support documents to Sheriff Professional. Please allow 2 days for confirmation. 

If you don't have a Sheriffcosmetics.com user account, now is the time to create one.  Click on "LOGIN HERE" at top right and follow the steps to enter your information and become part of the online Sheriff Professional family. Once your dealer application is approved, this user account will be transferred into your portal. This account will be used for making wholesale purchases and accessing important company information.
